Welcome Rallies
It can be overwhelming trying to find out simple things when you’re a new resident. What daycare is trustworthy? What’s the best grocery store? Where is the most reliable dry cleaner? What service club is the most interesting? Twice a year, we’ll host a new resident welcome event with resources everyone needs when they’re new to town. We’ll also provide food, drinks and babysitters so the event will be fun for everyone.

Sometimes making new friends is the hardest part of moving to a new city. Our Uncommon Connect Icebreakers pair new employees (and their spouses) with friendly St. Joseph residents who have similar interests or age ranges. Help your new employee find a new golf buddy or their spouse find a friend to go to Parties on the Parkway with. Happy employees and families lead to greater longevity with a company.
